With a background in both banking and leadership, Dylan Bradshaw brings a unique perspective to the insurance industry. Before transitioning into this field, Dylan spent three years as a commercial banker, where he developed a strong foundation in financial services and client relationship management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in financial economics and a master’s degree in strategic management from Troy University.

In addition to his academic and professional achievements, Dylan was a standout football player at Troy University. As a leader on and off the field, he served on the leadership council for three years and as a team captain in his final year. His athletic career was marked by numerous accolades, including being a 3x All-Sun Belt selection, a 4-time Sun Belt Academic Honor Roll member, and a 2x Remington Trophy semifinalist. He was also inducted into the National College Football Hall of Fame Honor Society.

Today, Dylan serves as a board member for the Trojans Together Collective, an organization dedicated to managing and supporting NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) opportunities for current athletes at Troy University. Combining his leadership experience, financial expertise, and passion for helping others, Dylan excels in delivering exceptional results in the insurance industry, with a primary focus in Construction Risk Management.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, hunting, and playing golf. In this time, he serves as a member of the social committee at Troy Country Club.
