A specialist in standardizing and expediting systems, Jeremy Dickey joined Palomar in 2020. His twenty years of experience as an active duty Air Force officer, Combat Search and Rescue Pilot, and Wing Flight Safety Commander established a foundation of leadership. He has worked to complete his coursework from the Cyber Insurance Academy and has earned the Certified Cyber Insurance Specialist designation (CCIS).

Jeremy graduated from Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree in business and minors in marketing and management. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant into the USAF and ultimately became an HC-130J Combat Search and Rescue Pilot. Along the way, he earned a master’s degree in business leadership, deployed eight times around the world, and excelled in Air Force Safety Standards and Evaluation. Under his command, his team received the Safety Program of the Year for Air Combat Command. He retired as a Major in July 2020 and moved with his family to Georgia where his wife grew up.
