Jessica Liggon joined Palomar in 2023 as a Marketing Representative.  Prior to joining Palomar, she served as a customer service rep, transportation producer and an underwriter in North Carolina.  Her 25 years of knowledge specializing in the transportation insurance industry along with the relationships she has built with carriers and underwriters over the years allows her to help the producers market their accounts to best fit their customer needs.

When she is not on the road running with friends, Jessica enjoys the Carolina blue skies at the coast with her family, friends and fur babies, Pressley and Blue.
