Justin was named Chief Technology Officer for Palomar Insurance Corporation in 2022. He is responsible for the development of technology strategies and management of complex technologies for the Palomar companies.

A 2011 graduate of South University with a degree in Information Technology, Justin joined Palomar in 2011 as an Information Technology Specialist and was promoted to IT Manager in 2013. He is actively involved with the Montgomery Independent Insurance Agents Association.
